Well, looking at that key, I can see that the biting is symmetrical. THat belies the fact that it is actually a single sided wafer lock and the key is cut like that so that it will work when inserted "right side up" or "upside down." I would definitely go with GW's suggestion of using a half diamond or perhaps a half ball pick if you are so inclined (I have no idea what angle you are at rest at, so I will leave out any such speculation as it will only confuse matters with unnecessary details that will not help you in the long run, hell, not even in the short run!)
Should be a pretty simple lock to open. Single sided wafer locks are a good starting point for many folks as well due to their ease which helps to build an early self-confidence that you can, in fact, pick locks.
