I don't think that's a Mosler. Mosler used hidden hinges, not surface mount hinges, and used handles that faced down instead of the thing with the nubs on the left and right that you'd retract the boltwork with. The hinges and casters and location of the handle and dial look like a J Baum, but the handle isn't flat on the face, and J Baum door corners were rounder like a Diebold. The handle looks more like the kind you'd find on an Herring Hall Marvin (HHM) Looking at some books here, the dial does look like a Hall's..
