Help needed on eBay purchase

I don't am a US citizen. Regardless that I have a business address in US.

So I need help from one person from the US that can buy a cylinder, and ship it to me.

Sometimes I think E-Bay sellers need to give their head a shake.

Are these lock cylinders ITAR controlled?

There are sold locks by the dusins each day. With US army stamped on them. If it is not legal, I guess eBay would have picked it up, and prohibited item like that.

It may most be that the seller does not want to ship overseas.

I have a business address in the US, that I supplied. But that wasn't enough. My PayPal account is Norwegian, and therefore he refused to accept payment...

Still hoping for help with getting the lock...

They bought these from a US military surplus auction. They state US military property on them so that is why they wont ship them out of the US.
