Antique YALE ™ 3-pin solid copper CASH BOX

Six dollars at value village...the copper alone is worth double that at least,at any scrapyard.
the box itself is double walled, and quite heavy.
The box came with a key, but it was the wrong bitting, but correct profile.i used different thicknesses of mastering wafers to build the key pins up to shear,as they were way too short, but i wanted to preserve the original bitting, and the wonderful old original yale spiral threaded security pins

,(a real treasure in my opinion.)

the locking mechanism was trashed, but only needed to be reassembled, hammered, and tapped into shape, after rear shimming it open...
(picking was not going well at all for some reason.,(probably due to the destructive entry performed on this box.)

Hell of a story man, took the old broken down lock and brought 'er back from the dead. Now all you need is a sports car and a movie deal ;).
Current Project: 40mm disc detainer/Kaba dimple lock.
Last Picked: American Lock series 5200.
Interested in: Medeco anything.

The code is hidden in the tumblers. One position opens the lock, another position opens one of these doors...
