Saved old railroad safe, Please help identify

Hello, I recently rescued a locked safe from recycling. I know that it was used in a railroad manager's office many years ago, it's heavy (about 400+ pounds) and is locked. It's also presumed to be empty.
Can you help me identify the brand and model? I thought it was a Mosler, but the serial number on the handle doesn't seem to match the pattern of the Moslers. I found those here: http://boemosler.freeservers.com/serial.htm
The handle appears to be stamped " 3312 " over " L37245". (L37245, perhaps the L is a bad stamping of a 1 ?)

Once I figure out what I'm working with I'll get to cracking. The handle directly acts on the wheels, I've found Dagger's book with his links to other books but have not fully digested any of them. I'm not sure if it's a 3 wheel or 4 wheel - still learning and reading. I also watched huxleypig's video, cool stuff. I have a new hobby, I think.
