Re: BEST 6-pin padlock picked to control line

Image

Another pawnshop lock (no key), picked to control.

Even though I now have a set of I-Core tension tools, I prefer to just throw in a TOK tensor, and go by feel. In fact, I tried to pick to control with one of the IC tensioners for longer than I cared to. As soon as I put them down, and went with my homebrew tensor... it took less than two minutes.

This is a beautiful 6-pin, stainless steel BEST. Fun pick! One of these days I'll have to acquire more of a selection of these and spend some time with them. It'd be neat to be able to shoot for control or operating at will. Engraved on the other side of the lock is "C.E. Co.". Obviously made for a certain company... maybe an electrical company?

rbrande1, ya still alive? lol. Thought I'd just add to u'r post.
