S&G Environmental padlock

Here is some great info on the lock,from the manufacturer,along with testing parameters Etc...

i really enjoyed the video, as info on these locks seems to be somewhat scarce...

You can see why these locks are so expensive.

I have one of these locks, but i am not sure on how to take it apart without doing lots of damage.
any one know an easy way to disassemble?

Pop the shackle and look to see if there is a retaining screw inside... if not then there's no way to get it apart without damage.

in fact, on the top of the lock body there is a cap that threads out.
nothing under the shackle but drain holes
(shackle must be open.)
i will post a pic later today.

it took me 3 hours to get part 4... but the rest were like a few mins... its awsome thanks for sharing
