Yes!! 4 out of the 4 peaks cores I got have now been picked to control. This makes me pleased.

Interchangeable cores can be hateful to pick good job I have yet to get a kaba but have some best ones that make me grit my teeth and bend picks.

the first thing you need to do with Peaks cores, is to set the "peaks pin" which is the first smaller pin that you can see by looking into the keyway. once that is set, then pick the rest of the core as you would any other.
I was missing that! if the peaks pin doesnt get set, it won't open even with the correct bittings.
