Man, I haven't been able to pick ANYTHING this week... UGH... finally got one of my Russwin Corbin's open... maybe I'll be able to get some of the simpler ones now again now that my bad juju is over. Maybe it was all the surf tunes from HC yesterday?

had a bit of bad juju myself...

I packed away all my tools... and i only had crap picks... and i couldnt pick anything

but a pickset i ordered from DX came in (ordered it over 3 months ago) and its suprisingly better quality than i thought...

Which set did you get? I haven't got any sets from them, but the Klom tubular pick they have is way better made than I'd expected and I like it quite a bit as it works very nicely. I ordered the jacknife set just as a novelty too, but I'm still waiting on that... I ordered back in Sept, and I've been getting like one or two items from that order a week... still have two outstanding items, the jacknife set and some chinese sky lanterns... they've supposedly shipped, so I'm just a waiting away...

I have been wondering about the 33(32?) piece klom set too... is that what you got?

thats the set i ordered... the 31 piece...

I expected another Goso set but I had to order it to continue work on my site...

klom has the same style picks as goso... but thinner... and better steel... and did I mention THINNER.

300% what i was expecting. they are not "super amazing bad ass WOW"
but they are impressive for the price and alot more quality than i was expecting...

just the fact that they are 10 fold what i was expecting is what is so exciting about them... i couldnt be more pleased... for the price

Cool! Perhaps, I'll score me a set then. I am pretty damn pleased with the quality of the klom tubular pick, and their EPG seems to get good reviews around these parts... Can't have too many tools! Well, I suppose swmbo may disagree, but I stand by that statement. At least she's supportive of my various hobbies, and it amuses her how when I get into a new hobby, I GET INTO IT.
