Abus 85/70

I'm still having trouble opening my Abus, I got a blank key (free of charge from my local locksmith :) ) yesterday to eventually make a key so I can re pin the lock to practice and see what security pins it has. My question is: Can anyone tell me if this lock can be bypassed using a comb pick or by some other means.

hey man, now that you mention it im about 80% sure i've seen somebody open it with a comb pick, i'm not sure about any bypassing methods that can be used on it tho, can you get it to the false set?

Yeh I can get the false set but when a back of the tension i hear the pins drop but think I'm getting caught with a serrated at the the back pin 5 or 6. pin 1 is a very high set :x
I could do with some comb pick dimensions :!:

Re: Abus 85/70

it wouldnt suprise me if romstar has one, you could always make a bump key out of the blank you have and try it that way? or if you really wanna you could make a foil impressioning key, this way you could get the lock open and have the biting, this however takes quite a bit of skill to do, other than that all i could really recomend is either light tension and really try and get a feel for the pins or just rake the hell outa it.
