I dunno about that... If a burglar said he got the info on how to pick a certain lock from some website then the victim would have no chance of suing the website in question! It's not the lockpicks or the information that's illegal, it's the application of it. If I posted how to kill someone then some lunatic went and did it to someone else then it's not my fault!

I believe in the USA it would could be something along aiding and abetting or something. You are providing somebody information about how to commit a crime. They dont like that.
