introducing myself

Hello all ! just signed up , and am finding all this amazing , but damned difficult .
I have attempted to make a couple of picks so far but , i think
that US picks are slightly larger than UK picks so when i can i'm going to
trim them down a bit !
Looking forward to chatting to other curious people and who
knows , if i can learn enough and have an aptitude for this maybe
it could even become more than just a hobby .

greetings from NOZZA

Re: Members Say Hi

Hey hey, my name is Branden, M0ose, or Mightme. I post on Youtube. :P

I have been picking locks for a short while, and learning all the way. I have problems with taking it slow and get pissed off way to quick. Even though sometimes it pays off, I end up looking like a know-nothing douche. :P

So yeah, there ya go. :P

It can be frustrating as hell, but the longer you do it, the better you get at just zoning out and not carin about the time. We in the service called it bein in the bubble. I almost forgot how to get in the bubble til I started pickin again. Good luck and welcome.

Hehe, thanks for the welcome. I know what you're saying, but sometimes it goes the opposite. Like, when I'm trying to do one I know I can do, but it takes a while, I tend to zone and then get it done. But when it's something thats quite a ways above me, or that I've tried many many times, in the middle of the night, I tend to spaz. :P

I have listened to cussin and growlin while talkin to some of the most experienced lockies. I maybe have a different outlook, I do it for fun. I am sure it would be different if I was on the clock.

Hehe, yeah, I'm sure you'd here just the same from me. :P The thing that really gets me is when I'm working something new and I almost get it a couple of times and then I lose it. Else, I'm generally cool to an extent, unless it's like 2 in the morning and it's keeping me up trying to catch it on video. :P I think I've got a couple of those videos up on Youtube as a matter of fact. :P
