U feel for rigidness on a disc. turn it until it clicks or stops moving completely. when u feel they r all set, tension the middle disc to open the lock. the number two disc seems to be the one that actuates the locking mechanism. And when ur done with ur enviro, i will buy it from u :drool:

I happened across this keyway on the HL Flake website. It is a restricted keyway LOA needed from the railroad.
