I worked for SuperValu/Albertsons in a large distribution center in Meridian Idaho, I am sure this video is real but I think this is a one in a million mistake, we had hit the racks before with machines and never had this happen, we had really good racks though. I was on an order picker in a warehouse like this, I was about 30 ft in the air and somebody ran into me, made me shake for a few hours!! It was freaky!
