Hintz, have you been able to try these keys yet? I was just wondering how well they work with the machine work versus just a dremel!

I'm sure they work very well (haven't tried mine yet), and they definitely look better!!!

I tried one of them, it fits the lock well..... I just used a slim line pick to get pins. Its easier to locate the pins because all the channels I have milled lead to the pin. Not tried it with wiper wire or anything though, tooling isn't much my thing anymore, I only done this for a few of you on here to have a go

Hi guys, sorry for the delays.

I've been stupid busy with my car since I blew the headgaskets on both heads. I've had to fully rebuild the top end. 4 cams, 4 pullies, 24 hydraulic lifters each individually refurbished, new seals, gaskets etc it's been a nightmare.

I should be done in a week, so that will leave me plenty of time to finish the rest of the keys.

Mandlebrot, if i get a spare key done I'll sort you one out. But that really is it then, they take me about 20 minutes to make each you see.

ok, first off thank you.
the gaps are too wide by a half mm, however, it makes a good tension tool.
hopefully someone on the site will have a caliper and a tubular pick ,if you do not,to obtain the correct spacing/width of the finger grooves.
