what's wrong with this picture?

ok, for anyone who has the KLOM tubular pick,
check it out...the decoder increments are numbered incorrectly.
if you were to use this decoder NONE of your keys would work

see,wrong....

That could keep you busy for ever !How did you spot the difference? or is it obvious with some experience.

decode/cut a tubular key and thought that it was prolly worth mention.

Re: what's wrong with this picture?

ray, have you got a set of letter stamps?

Just that I see you working on quite a bit more stuff than most, it would be so much easier if you could identify your stuff (keys to which locks, re-stamping the numbering on that decoder, etc.) so much quicker and easier than using a marker.

yes,i do,and i was considering stamping a bunch of stuff....i stamp the tail-end of some of my tension tools, for example, i stamp the dedicated american TW with an "A" and a "1"
saves a bit of hassle digging around and pulling each TW out,
i just look on the tail..
the reason i used a marker was because the decoder is really thin, and i just didn't want to screw it up.
(my letters/numbers are 2mm)
also nobody ever really taught me the right way to stamp...=/
( i always either stamp one side too deep or shallow, off center , etc)
my digits always come out crappy-looking...
my stamp set consists of 3 stamp wheels ...full alphabet with Danish? characters,
and 01 thru 09.
ever use this type?
any tips would be much appreciated...

WOW, thats a wicked set of stamps, If you don't want them , I'll trade you a new set of individual hand stamps

Those are so nice I think I'd have them in a presentation case, or wall mount, IMHO !!

Re: what's wrong with this picture?

Hey I recently got a Klom pick today , however it seems the center post slid inwards and is stuck after attempting to open a 7 pin cam lock I have . Any ideas how to fix it / is this a problem? Pardon my noob question I have only seen videos of tubular picks in action and this is my first hands on experience

Re: what's wrong with this picture?

Looks like it was printed on the wrong side. (i can only see the first pic you posted). I bought one of the Kloms maybe 5 months ago. My decoder looks like yours except it is printed on the correct side and there is no keyring hole.
