I know these are close to every ones hearts, but just on the outside chance if anyone has a 103 key they are willing to sell or trade i would be happy to speak to you.

If i where to make all of the keys on the list in the video would they all be made form 5/16 rod or dose rod diameter change per lock ? Just wondering.

The keys are all cut from the same style key blank, so the same-sized rod would work for any of them.

Actually all of the steel railroad versions are cast from steel. The brass civilian versions are cut from blanks.
