It doesnt seem like too bad of a price for someone who cuts and stamps keys in bulk. A good numberall mechanical stamper runs about the same price.

I couldn't see spending over $12,000 on it new though

i did a bit more digging on google. it looks like many of that company's products were patented around 1995-1997.

i found 2 old listings for one of these on an equipment auction website for $791 + s/h (~110 lbs is what it said)

Dave: thanks for that info, i wasnt sure what stamping machines go for now, but i know a nice set of hand stamps can be over 100 bucks.

Random: in the patent drawings, the machine was actually connected to a full computer (that looked just like an apple 2)

I have a Number All at work ; very well built, and heavy as hell. It has stamped thousands of keys in the 10 years I've used it. Very easy to change the #'s and letters, a drop of gun oil in the holes that say oil , every once in a while, and your good .

How does that activate or operate the actual stamping? Is there just a nicely adjustable offset cam to force the table up or what?
