Pine Pinning Tray:

Woah, I like that pinning tray! Did you make that also? Love the innovative rubber inlay stuff and the rounded edges on those milled pin channels. Looks very smooth!
Picks look great too . Are those handles 3-d printed or can you order them?

What material is it? How do you form the shape? Etc.

They tray is Pine, 16"1/2 x 9"1/2
Took 8h, 2 person to plane and mill the board, lack of proper guiding for the routers. then I had to sand it and then lacker it. took about anoter 2-6 hours.

It was fun, but a bit overkill for a pinning tray

the handles are 3D printed (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:264891). They are quite solid, I made the picks from hacksaw blades and pressure inserted thems in the handles. They work great!

Is that the same code that Bill wrote for his handles? hence his name is on it?

Yeah - the file itself is published by BB, I assume he made the design for himself and then put it up for free for anyone to use
