Have you used these? They seem a bit overpriced.

The ProHands? No.

But I have used the Gripmaster Heavy (9lb) model and it has helped me with my grip. I use it to give me a better grip when shooting a handgun. They give you the ability to concentrate on excercising individual fingers.

You can probably get similar results by squeezing a rubber ball - and its cheaper.

lol i know what you mean, i was picking for a couple hours and the next day i couldnt hold a lock, or the pick it kept cramping so bad
