Key casting on the cheap

Here is a quick video on key casting. I wouldnt try the galium as a go to metal. The woods metal worked first time, every time for me.
I usually heat the metal in an old ladle using a blow lamp, (didnt show this on the video for lack of time).
This casting methode works well, easy to use, and cheap.
Enjoy the video.

Re: Key casting on the cheap

Do not use Woods metal, as it contains cadmium which is a serious risk to your health! There are plenty of other metal mixes that work the same but are safer. If you want a metal or a kit that just works, get it touch with frenchkey, he sells them :)
