Master 140

Hi all,

Have several Master 140s. They're pretty easy to pick, but I'd like to add as many "tools to my toolbox" as I can. I found this video that sort of shows how to bypass the 140. I've tried and can't quite figure it out. I don't feel anything that has spring tension.

Does anyone have any insight?

Re: Master 140

The tool extends beyond the last pin and must engage the bolt. A slight lever action of the tool retracts the bolt.

Berdar, welcome to the forum :)

Not sure if you posted a link to the video you mentioned.
If so, it's not showing up on my 'very rarely updated computer'. lol

Not certain of this, but it's quite possible this bypass no longer works on the newer ones.
Similar to the brass #'s from BRINKS; Although the older versions could be bypassed using
a knife pick, the same models currently in production today are no longer susceptible to this.

^ which means that sometimes killing locks publicly DOES better security :)

Re: Master 140

One of Sparrows comb picks works on the 140s. I have not found any other lock in my collection that these will work on.
