It will have a time lock,most vault doors do and you know what they say about time locks they carnt be opened till its time for them to.
Everyone knows this to be true right,its UNTRUE.

No lock is overkill if it fits and you already own it. It is just using the ones you have on hand.

The nod I'd give to overkill is if you actually went out to buy an expensive high security lock and then used it on a dollar store hasp of cheap Chinese pot metal.
I also knew of a padlock on a door that had a clasp with standard four screws exposed!
