Keyway ID help

Picked this up on ebay. Can anyone tell me what keyway this is? I'd like to build a lock around it.

macgng; it's completely unnecessary to have ~15$ in keys for a 50¢ lock ... but we all do it anyway :P

I don't have the key in hand yet. but added another photo.

It looks to me like it might be an Elgin EL1 or an EL3. Anyone think I'm even close?
