Re: Dont know fellas ! key id

Just seen the same on another site wolf - wants someone to go in with him to buy the 5,000 keys needed from RONIS

Sounds like they want 36p per key + vat - over £ 2,000 - before handing codes over ... come off it - RONIS !!!

So going to engineer a cut card from a couple of keys - done it many times so then I can cut to code from a photo

Re: Dont know fellas ! key id

[quote="10ringo10"]So got sent this photo of the witter - westfalia 2w51 key cost him just under £40.00 for 2 of them

codes run 2w01 to 2w50 and are not a problem ... but 2w51 to 2w99 available from them only ! :armed:

Thought id put it up as the 2w01 to 2w50 are single cut keys - strange also as there website shows

single cut keys on all these codes - blank and bitting - codes unknown on this series & double cut keys :geek:

kept is promise and sent the key photos when they where received - any ideas fellas

post up any photos of the keys with codes ... 2w51 to 2w99 you may find or come across in this thread - topic

key codes are stamped on the red top fyi

http://www.witter-towbars.co.uk website click on Accessories - keys

UPDATE

Came across the answer to this on a different forum - but 99% sure its correct blank SILCA BT3

westfalia - witter Tow bar lock

Codes W51 to W99 BT3 would be my first go to key ! SEE PIC

I Have just received the new THULE codes N201 TO N250 -

Still Want the ARFE K - Series  if possible ( any prefix codes K - L - J - V 100 TO 900 )

CODES K100 to K900 series is for ARFE - CRUZ or kEYA lock cylinders Blank silca key1 - ab8i -jma

let us know !

cheers ringo

Re: Dont know fellas ! key id

looks similar to X132 blank we use for Sears and other brands of luggage carriers/ski racks.

Looking at the key I would say 5 wafer cylinder lock used - and will crack it eventually but need more keys to study

I first thought possibly a 6 or even 7 wafer lock being used - but the cuts next to the shoulder confused

matters on the key or blank being used .... the X132 or BL2 JMA are similar and where ruled out from the start

as they did not quite match ... found when I was not looking months later

any one have the K- SERIES on software for ARFE :ugeek:
