Great! So the guy took wiz's advice but while he was standing on the corner waiting on a customer, he got distracted then sent me this message:

This one isn't so much a "jerk", more of a dumbass thing to say because he failed.
This is a comment on my WAY old video "Jiggling Sentry Safe" <-------BASIC SHIT.

Commenter: "i have this same exact safe and yours must be broken cause i tried all this with the same exact picks and they didn't work."

Me: "Hahaha, right. I can assure you the lock is NOT broken. Just because you have the "exact same" safe as mine, does not mean that the key bitting is going to be the same. So you might have to try different movement with different keys. Also practice helps, so if you are spending all of a minute trying to do it then giving up, that's a pretty good sign that you need more".

I once read a post on a YT vid that claimed all pickers are crooks and liers, and that there is no way to approach a lock in the field and actually pick it in any short order, and that any lock picked was either completely choreographed or entirely random.

To this fellow I simply responded: "I'll skip the debate, and just encourage you to sell your picks on e-bay. Hopefully the next fellow will have a different experience."
