HOMAK

Has anyone tried to contact HOMAK customer service? I've sent them 2 emails in 3 weeks and haven't got a peep from them. Almost a joke that their website says they have 'the best customer service'.

UPDATE: After an email to a 'higher-up' at Homak, I finally got a reply from Tiffany in 'customer service'. The reply was not of any help.
