Re: Happy 2020!

Michael, you're right, we didn't speak much, just for the trade I think. I was with a small group of friends and I told you my real name, that only friends or people I meet in person know, not my nickname.

Edocdab, if someone has never been to LockCon, it's difficult to explain the atmosphere. We're all friends and talk to each other about our passion, without worrying too much about the name of the person in front of us. We pick locks, attend or give presentations, compete in picking or impressioning locks and spend three crazy days together. It's a small group of people and if you go more than one time, you end up knowing and loving everyone else. If it's your first time, too many names to remember.

Cheers :)

Re: Happy 2020!

Lol! Haven't been there yet but I have seen some of the video reports of Deviant and others. I can well imagine what you both describe. It's a pretty strange situation indeed with all the semi anonymous things going on. Given the usual good atmosphere online I can easily imagine what happens when people meet in person surrounded by lock stuff :p

Always like that round shackle design, especially when you can see it round all the way.

Re: Happy 2020!

The forum gave me a php4 error for a while... here is yesterday post.

Day 177 of 366. I overestimated this one. I was so focused and receptive to its feedback, it went easier than expected. Not easy, easier than I anticipated.

Cheers :)
