I read that Osh is closing before the year end. Now would be a great time to look for deals.

As a locksmith I was thinking of tool bags, fasteners, hand tools, power tools, power tool accessories.

There might also be some great deals on locksets/padlocks, etc.

I might hit the Osh in my area tomorrow, keep me posted if you find some great deals.

Looks like it is 10% off storewide right now, some departments at 30% off. At those prices its probably right in line with HD or Lowes regular pricing. Hopefully it will hit 50%+ off.
