Alrighty, here comes the stupid. I don't know why, but when I try to SPP a lock, the pins either doesn't move at all, or doesn't click. I don't know, too much tension, too little?

EDIT: Disregard the SPP thing, just in spite of my brinks max security shrouded blues. =(

Also, I was wondering, how can you tell between drivers and keypins, I know what they are, but I don't know how to identify them.

Key pins are pointy....they fit in the key cuts. Drivers aren't.

Key pins are pointy....they fit in the key cuts. Drivers aren't.

Yup, exactly. When taking apart a lock, you can quickly see which are which.
