yeah, siteground is my host and because i was getting it through their server that's what lead me to believe it was their fault, what time did you get that 1 email? i fixed the prolem just after 2 PM

well i was recieving them at a rate of 1 an hour and havn't had anymore so if you havn't had any more either i'm pretty confident i fixed it.
