(HELP) Can't pick Tagiken 6510 on Nintendo Play Choice

I bought the Huk Tubular Lock pick set on amazon. The 7.8 fits and impression, but no wiggling, jiggling, or bumping has picked it open. What am I doing wrong? All the video online showed it was easy with the picks.
