UPRR American 700 RGM

As the title says, I acquired a UPRR American 700 RGM lock from an antique shop locked and key free.... So I went on with doing it justice by opening the thing and making a key..... Still a little sticky, but functional! All original except key and a few pins. Key was a precut. Don't remember where I got it but I found it today again and decided to finish the lock. Restricted keyway.

Congrats on your find!

The RGM is actually the date code. Your lock was made in September of 1982.

That is a juicy padlock. Love those Americans. Looks like you got a 6 pinner with a nice bitting too which uncommon.
