What is it?

Got a nice box from Selim today and he included this mystery part. I am unable to figure out what it is. I am sure someone here can help!

Ah just in time. There are parts of a Simplex code lock I think :)
I'm looking into these stuff right now :D haha

That was my guess too. Google "Simplex Combination Chamber" You can see the cogs in the little windows.
