Need help identifying a padlock

A customer inherited a padlock from her father and would like to know more about it. Anyone here recognize it?

looks just like some of the remake models they sell around here, no name novelty item?? can't really tell by the pictures though.
I have been in the souls of many women, but I always end up on the soles of there shoes.

this padlock looks like an eagle to me, but i am totally unsure about it. looks too clean to be "old."
