Medeco Bilevel

I will rather call it Frankenstein.
Hosing meant to be used with Medeco Biaxial bottom pins and a sidebar. Plug is a mystery for itself, 6th pin chamber is using Medeco Biaxial pin the rest is standard.
Never seen this kind before.
By the way - Happy Easter everyone.

Re: Medeco Bilevel

Is there any sort of sidebar for that last pin? If not, then rotation would not matter.

And Happy Easter to you as well. :)

No sidebar for that last pin, there is no sidebar at all, it's a regular plug with Medeco Biaxial pin in it. I never seen this type of Bilevel.

Re: Medeco Bilevel

I have one myself. The sidebar is blank (no legs) and the pins are pointed as you can see, no angles. It's more for key control than pick resistance.

What's the point of using one Medeco Biaxial pin without a sidebar, key control?

Re: Medeco Bilevel

I think the key control aspect is horse-puckey. Just have a wider land between the ramps, and cut it to depth so the pin sits at the shear line. Without the sidebar, it is just another pin.
