EB, just checking, but you are trying to turn it clockwise aren't you?

Why not try a different method of opening this padlock? Have you tried making padlock shims?

I was out in turkey and if you go to this post...

Go to my original post and the 2nd last pic has a lock similar to yours, it was outdoors for the last 10 years and not easy to get open, from memory I had to rake it in the end and even that wasnt easy, I suspect mine was gunged up.
It has a `made in China` plate on it.
