Saicoss Card Lock Padlock + (Punched) Card Keys - ebay ad

Saicoss Card Lock Padlock + 2 punched card keys

I saw this cool looking lock for sale on ebay the other day - anybody ever handle one? How does the lock work?

The card has the following instructions: "Insert card key and push left".
Both cards have the same pattern of holes but why are they two different sizes? Do they have different functions?
Not much info to be found via google - other than Saicoss manufactures other kinds of lock as well (e.g., u-locks)/

The key cards remind me of the old computer punch cards for data input in the 60's and 70's - both have manually punched out holes that encode the data and are fed into and read by a computer, or in this case lock.
