What are these nuts called?

Working on a steel door the other day and the strike holes were egged out and I found these butterfly like nuts on the inside holding the strike plate on fine. Any one know what these are called?? Plus does anyone know where to order no. 12 head with a no. 14 screw? (for commercial strikes?)
