What ever happened with this?

Since one of his keys was stamped UPRR it's hard to argue that one. The other keys could have been from locks used in other industries. The railroad isn't the only industry that uses them and anyone can buy new locks if they wanted to spend a ton of money.

We've had some customer's containers broken into while on the rail so I've got some contacts at the UP and I'd rather not ask about keys but if anyone wants a direct contact PM me and I'll look for the info I have.

They have always postured and threatened. He asked them for SPECIFIC written law where it is illegal to possess these locks. They never provided anything and the issue kind of died. I will see if anything else has happened with it or not.
