As I'm sure you already know, those are as easy to cut as any household key, IF you have access to the right blanks. I'm guessing what you're asking is if anyone here has blanks available for your sidebar code.

If you can't find the right Primus blanks, I believe you can modify a Schlage SC4 blank using a mill or a high security key machine like a Framon Sidewinder. Obviously it'll involve making the sidebar cuts, but you also need to cut a groove for the extra ward that the Primus keyway has on the left side (if it's the regular Primus keyway and not one of the more restricted ones) and thinning the blank slightly.
