Pay training program online http://www.hamradiolicenseexam.com/index.html - This program looks like it teaches you as you try the tests and teaches what you need to improve... I did the 50 free questions, and what is really cool about this site is it will teach you or let you test and remember your answers. If you miss a quesion you can see the study material involved and if you study a section it will show you ALL of the possible questions on the test related to what you just learned. It's 20 bucks for two years for the technician class which is the first level of training, I'm going to do this next week(pay day allowance day lol) and let you all know how it is for pay.
