what are you using to rotate the pins? Have you taken apart the lock yet? That might help you a lot.

They do not have top pins of any kind, the pin has a step in at the top to allow the sping to remain centered on it. The pins can also have hole at more then one level or angle for masterkeying purposes. It can also have holes that are not deep enough for the sidebar to fully seat, thus giving you a "false set" not like a conventional spool pin false set. Very fun lock, had a bunch of these last week for a big customer of ours that they lost the change keys for the locks and need keys fit to it.....

I too found little to no info on Medeco's cam locks. No vids, no articles... your pics were about the only search results I found. lol
