Sentry 1330 combo change

Would like to change combo.
Looks like a hole change type lock. (Direct entry, straight tail)
Wheels 1 and 2 are stamped from sheet metal and appear to have fixed drive pins.
Is it possible to rotate wheels 1 and 2 on the spindle?
Wheel 3 looks like it is just a matter of moving the drive pin to a new hole.
Any ideas on how many increments each hole changes the combo?
Thanks

Re: Sentry 1330 combo change

Have you tried moving it one hole over and seeing how it affects the combo? How I'd do it, but those safes are good for fire protection and keeping kids out, and that's about it. (A sledgehammer will open it)

Change the pin on the 3rd wheel to new hole all the numbers will be different.

Thank Mr.Wizard.
Having never done one before, thought I'd ask.
So you don't need to mess around with wheels 1 and 2?!
Nice to know.

Re: Sentry 1330 combo change

Super easy!
Moved pin 1 hole.
Wheel 1 changed only by 1 number.
Wheel 2 moved 7 digits.
Wheel 3 changed by 8 numbers.

Watched from the back and ran the new combo several times.
Looks good.

Thanks.

Re: Sentry 1330 combo change

To get more combos: wheels 1 & 2 are held in place by a tru-arch, remove, and move wheel 2 (depending on position) either forward or back of current drive pin position relative to drive pins on wheel 1. If that makes sense.

Re: Sentry 1330 combo change

You can also flip wheels 1 & 2 or both to get even more combos
