Made by mass Hamilton plz and how to use it

Don't know anything about this - if its computer driven ? is there a disc that comes with it - just a thought as the instructions may be on this in a pdf

Was originally intended to work with W95, then updated to work with W98.

It can be made to work with XP. Nothing beyond that is possible AFAIK.
