Found Rota-Bolt RB-1 for Sale .. .. Guy says there is no Combo .. He wants $100... How hard would it to manipulate and is it worth the price

Shouldn't be difficult to manipulate. You might also consider drilling a hole and reading the key change hole. It would be much faster, perhaps a 10 minute job.
