Unknown electronic lock help

This lock came off of a door that had a panic bar/exit bar on it. No code is known, nor do I know what the wires go to. (red/black is power)

Here's the back:

here's the keypad:

The questions I have are: what voltage does it take, what do the other wires go to (there are orange, brown, yellow, white), and can you reset an unknown code?
Also, who's it made by? number on it says LS1E-3312CP which brings up no results in a search.

I have all the hardware, including screws, plates, and the box that goes on the inside of the door for the battery.

Re: Unknown electronic lock help

Because I have spent alot of time search for part for equipment online I have figured out how to manipulate the part number to find what I'm looking for .. so after some web searching .. I am about 99.9999999% sure this is a LS-1 Stand Alone Keypad Access Control made by Linear

Re: Unknown electronic lock help

Have it programmed now. Wish it was designed for a standard door and not a panic bar.
