Need help identifying a safe lock

Both locks should be 6730s and you will need to open both of them. Depending on the age of the safe there can be a glass plate in front of one lock. If it is there and is broken you will find out only after you got both locks open. AMSEC should have the initial combinations of both locks. They are accessible to AMSEC registered locksmiths. But with a safe of that age it is probably not that likely that the combination was never changed.

It is really difficult to do a remote feel diagnostic, but do both locks feel the same?

No. The left feels noticeably heavier than the right. Each wheel should lock when the correct combination has been put in, correct.

The torque can vary from lock to lock. Interesting is what special points you can feel.
