Has any one seen one of these its for safes i know its some sort of scope

The large disc is a drill template. The small dials are replacements for the real dials, because the drill points are often in the outer area of the real dial. The small dials can also be used in emergency cases. I don't know what purpose the wire has. May to manipulate something through a drill hole.

Thanks i just found one online that a lagard 3330. I had one before but it looked different i think cause it was scraped and i refurbished it. Again thanks

I'd say it is a La Gard 1800, which is the model before the 3330.
