Any hints on these Ruko locks?

Hi, I have these Ruko(danish company- now bought by Assa) and i am having a real hard time picking them- i am pretty sure there is some kind of security pins in them. But i cant even identify the model number- they are not Ruko 600, no Ruko bump keys i have fit in them.

ive found one bump key that fits in one of them though- but i havent had any luck bumping it. http://i.imgur.com/tXvNAKF.jpg

Ive also tried a manual lock picking gun, with no success.
I talked to a key maker in a Hardware store, he said "That is ruko 600´s " untill he tried all og hes keys and no one would even enter.
He had no idea what the locks where, but suspected some kind of System locks.
I am close to cutting one up with a anglegrinder- to see whats inside, any tips on doing that?
Or do anybody have any knowledge about the construction/identification of these locks?

Did you check to see if its a Flexcore? Look in the keyway with a light, is there a little pin that pushes in, in the back?

Umm, where would that pin be located, and what direction would it point? Can you do a drawing? I dont see any pins i dont exspect

Sounds like you're getting destroyed by the security pins then. I've never had my hands on a Ruko, but I would expect something along the lines of and possibly and maybe even countermilled (threaded) chambers. If you don't care about them that much, cut one of them open and have a look at the pins.

From what the local Assa distributor tole me last week they have discontinued the use of the pin in the Flexcore as it was causing issues for customers.

Apparently the keys where getting damaged and the hole in the key was getting compressed and therefore unable to fit into the keyway. Future keys will continue to have the hole.

The only reason I heard this is because I got myself a brand new Ruko 2 padlock with a Flexcore installed and went back to the distributor as there was no pin installed.

Considering the local power and water companys use the locks I am not overly surprised that a lot of key damage takes place

There appears to be counter milling in the plug. That may be what was getting you. The bottom lip of the spools fit into the counter milling, locking it in place.

I'm going to quote something from one of my articles (link: viewtopic.php?f=88&t=5066&p=67375&hilit=picking+the+assa+twin#p40511)

These pins in and of themselves are nothing special. What makes them difficult is the counter-milling in the chambers which causes the lips to snag and produce a very deceiving and very subtle false set. Counter-milling is basically a false shear-line put in the chambers to catch and bite on those security pins. Typically when picking the top pins, you'll be lifting what feels like a binding pin, it will set, and you'll move on. As you keep picking you'll need to come back and re-visit that pin to test if it is caught in countermilling or not. A pin caught in counter-milling will feel like a truly set pin. The way I do this test is to release some tension and tap on it. If you feel slight counter-rotation in the plug when tapping, chances are it needs to be lifted higher out of the milling. Other times as you tap, it will just crunch out of the milling. You may have to do this multiple times on the same pin even
